Frankfurt Co. Dublin - Extension & Refurbishment

Antone Briody Construction was employed to carry out a garage conversion, rear extension and total refurbishment to this house in Dundrum. The existing concrete ground floor of the house was removed. 150mm insulation, radon barrier, concrete floor and an air to water underfloor heating system was installed.

All external walls were dry lined, complete replacement of plumbing, electrics, doors and skirtings. This was carried out in conjunction with a rear extension which incorporated a 3 x 2.4m meter glass sliding door and sky frame roof lights to provide an additional 30 square meters of a light-filled kitchen.
